• All Payments need to be paid in Full before the tour starts, payments should be transferred to company Bank account only as mentioned in the Invoice or in confirmation mail.
• If any employee shares any personal account details for the tour amount to be transferred, please do not transfer & inform the management immediately.
• For Payments done through Credit/Debit Cards additional 2% Bank charges will be applicable
• Any last minute flight cancellations tour amount will be Non Refundable, No Credit note will be given or any adjustments will be done.
• Any pandemic situation like Covid, if the Government officially declares lockdown or that particular state where guest is travelling imposes lockdown then only it will be considered & credit note will be issued with a validity of 6 Months where guest can opt for date change, No Refund will be given.
• Please mention your File Number in mail when you share the payment detail.
• Any situations like flood, rains, land slide, political disturbance, flight cancellation/delay, traffic jams, road blocks etc... occurred during the tour & if guest has to extend the stay, it will be on additional cost
• Consuming Alcohol is prohibited in State of Gujarat

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 1. If cancelled before 30 Days of date of Travel, No Cancellation charges will be applicable
• 2. If cancelled 15-30 Days of date of Travel, 50% Cancellation Charges will be applicable
• 3. If cancelled 10-15 Days of date of Travel, 75% Cancellation charges will be applicable
• 4. If Cancelled less than 10 Days of date of travel, Non Refundable
• 5. For Group bookings, any amendments or cancellation has to be done 30 days before the arrival date, otherwise it will be Non Refundable, For Group bookings we will specify the cancellation policy when we give the quote as per group size & dates of travel.
• 6. All FIT & GIT Bookings will be Non Refundable for Festival dates, Long weekend, Blackout dates & bookings done from 20th Dec to 05th January due to Christmas & New Year Peak season.
• 7. Time taken to process the refund will be 20 working days, No Cash refund will be given, and it will be through Bank Transfer only.
